The cottages and other spaces
The buildings, some dating from Venetian times, were lovingly restored and converted by Dennis Androutsopoulos.
The thick stone walls, clay tile roofs, high cross-beamed ceilings and vaulting stone arches have been retained and highlighted.
Special care has been taken in equipping each cottage to a high degree of comfort and convenience. Equal attention is paid to cleanliness with daily maid service; and to maintaining the property in good working order. Each cottage has its own outdoor area with chairs, table and umbrella.

Red

Yellow
Mezzanine bedroom with twin beds, open plan ground floor with double bed in curtained alcove, living area with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, patio and garden. 4-5 people. 52 sq.m.
Gardener’s
Double-bedded room, bathroom, living room with 2 sofa beds, dining area, kitchen, patio and garden. 2-4 people. 43 sq.m.
Pink Studios 1 + 2
Twin-bedded room with kitchenette and dining area, bathroom, patio and garden. 1-2 people. 21 sq.m.
Primrose
Mezzanine double-bedded room, living room below with sofa bed, kitchenette and dining area, bathroom, verandah. 2-3 people. 32 sq.m.
‘Estia’
The communal building “Estia” provides spaces for various activities and play. Besides the event room and the kitchen/dining area there are: an arts & crafts workshop and music, study and treatment rooms. Also musical instrument, game and book libraries are available.
The event room has high ceilings, vaulting arches, thick stone walls which keep it cool in summer and warm in winter and provide unique acoustics. This can be used alone or in combination with other Casa Lucia facilities depending on the nature of each project.

Capacity: 16-18 people for body work, 30+ for meditation etc, approximately 70 seated audience
Equipment: sound system, yoga mats, blocks and exercise balls, (other equipment, projectors etc by arrangement)
Groups
Our cottages can house up to 25 people, there is some space for camping.
When required there is a communal kitchen and eating area, and a cook available by arrangement. There are many outdoor spaces including two large lawns and of course the swimming pool for water exercise.
For bigger groups there is additional accommodation for up to 20 people just a few minutes walk up the hill. This is an old renovated Corfiot mansion on a beautiful piece of land overlooking the sea.
The gardens and the pool
The gardens have been created with respect to the indigenous plantation of the land and are constantly inspired by it. They gradually blend in with the original olives, cypress, quince and Judas trees. Bougainvillea, roses, geranium, citrus, peach, fig and apricot flourish around green lawns.
Βignonia, jasmine and vines provide fragrant shade and screen the swimming pool, which has been recently restored with mosaics.
