Located 15m from the sea in front of building A, a large swimming pool is lined with tile and elegant geometric representations. The bottom depth is from 0.70m to 1.50m in a practical shape. A circular children’s pool with 0.50m depth is right next to it. Both pools work with all European standards. The surrounding is a paved area equipped with sunbeds. Alongside the premises is a playground lined with lawn, for the entertainment of young guests.

Each of the apartments has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, private balcony with summer furniture. They are equipped with air conditioning and central heating for the winter. The floors of apartments, terraces, stairs and common areas of buildings are all lined with white marble.
Satellite TV is available in all apartments, telephone and INTERNET connection using WiFi wireless network coverage throughout the complex can be used from the guests.

The complex has its own beach on one side and just 30m from the entrance there is another beach.
